How soon should I come in to get a fitting?

We recommend that you secure your rental at least 6-8 weeks out from your event. 


How much do rentals cost?

Our full rental typically averages around $200 before taxes which includes coat, pants, vest, shirt and tie. Shoes are an added cost. There is a deposit of $40 to secure the rental.


I am getting married, when should I register my wedding?

Congratulations! We love when the bride/groom come in first and register their wedding by picking out outfits and completing paperwork. At this time, we can do a fitting for the groom. Then, you can make a group appointment for all other fittings or they can come in individually  to allow for different schdeules. This allows staff and the bride and groom to sit down and really discuss what their dream wedding outfits will look like. 


Do you take appointments?

Yes! Making appointments is recommended and helps with staffing and allows less wait time. We do allow walk-ins but there may be a wait during different times of the year. Our appointments are all on the hour and typically last about 1 hour in length. 


When are my rentals due back?

Rentals are due back the next business day after the event. At the fitting, you will be told your return date as well as a reminder at pick up. 


Will I be charged a late fee if I can’t return the outfit on time?

Late fees of $10/day are charged if not returned on time. This has been needed because all clothing needs to get to dry cleaning and back so items will be able to go out the next weekend. If items are not returned after 7 days after the event, they are deemed lost or stolen. We will charge the credit card on file the full retail value of the rental apparel.


Can I rent items the week of the event?

We certainly can rent items up to the day of the event; however, there will be a rush fee of $20 if you reserve within 10 days of the event and the items will need to be in stock. 


Do you require a damage waiver?

There is a non-refundable damage waiver of $5 that is added to every rental. This covers unintentional damage caused by normal wear and tear. 


When I pick up, do I need to try on my rental?

We highly recommend an in-store final fitting prior to use. Customers declining this fitting assume full responsibility. Ample notice must be given to make any adjustments needed. 


When do I pick up my rental?

You will be able to pick up 2 days before your event, unless otherwise stated at your initial fitting.
