 PROM FITTINGS ARE AT OUR RENTAL STORES AT ---

 THE RIVER VALLEY MALL LOCATION ACROSS FROM ULTA AND OUR CIRCLEVILLE LOCATION AT 116 W. MAIN ST.


Please look over the following information to help make for a positive experience. We specialize in helping you look your best at this important event. 


INITIAL APPOINTMENTS FOR PROM FITTINGS

  • Appointments are highly recommended on weekends and after 2 pm on weekdays. Call early because spots fill up.
  • Walk-ins are on a first come first serve basis and contingent on staff availability.
  • Each customer will be allotted one hour. Please arrive on time.
  • Orders need to be made at least 2 weeks prior to your event. If your prom is less than 2 weeks away, we will still be able to accommodate your order with in stock product and a Rush Fee of $20.00 will be added.
  • There will be a $40.00 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your order. If a deposit is not received, the order will not go to processing.
  • Please call  740-653-4889   to schedule your appointment today.


PROM PICKUPS

  • All orders will be pickup only.
  • Please try on at your earliest convenience after pickup.
  • Pickup times are by appointment only and will be made at your fitting. Early pickups can not be accommodated.
  • Thursdays and Fridays  5pm - 9pm,  Saturdays 9am - 2pm
  • PLEASE NOTE: Lancaster store will have pickups at O. P. Haberdashery (our retail store) which is near Auntie Anne's in the mall.


PROM TRY ONS AT PICK-UP

  • We will have dressing rooms designated for try-ons in store but it may be a lengthy wait.
  • If you choose to take home without trying on in store, we highly encourage you to try on as soon as possible.
  • If you feel you need adjustments, please call and we will be happy to help make it correct.
  • If we do not hear from you, no adjustments will be made to your order after the event has happened.


RETURN OUTFITS ON THE SUNDAY FOLLOWING YOUR PROM. PLEASE BE KIND. THIS ALLOWS US TIME TO PROCESS FOR THE NEXT WEEKEND. THERE IS A $10 FEE FOR EACH DAY THAT IT IS LATE. AFTER 7 DAYS, THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED THE RETAIL PRICE.
