Dear Valued Customer,

As your schools begin planning for your upcoming proms, we want to be able to service you in a timely manner. Please look over the following information to help make for a positive experience. Feel free to call the store with any questions. ALL RENTALS WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF AT OUR LOCATIONS IN THE LANCASTER RIVER VALLEY MALL AND CIRCLEVILLE STORE.

INITIAL APPOINTMENTS FOR PROM FITTINGS

• Appointments are highly recommended on weekends and after 2 pm on weekdays. Walk ins are on a first come first serve basis and contingent on staff availability.
• Each customer will be allotted one hour. Please arrive on time.
• There will be a $40.00 non-refundable deposit required to place an order.
• Please call  740-653-4889  to schedule your appointment today.

PROM PICKUPS

• All orders will be pickup only-no tryons will be permitted in store at time of pickup.
• Please try on at your earliest convenience after pickup.
• Pickup times are by appointment and will be made when your order is placed.
• Thursdays and  Fridays  5pm - 9pm,  Saturdays 9am - 2pm

PROM TRYONS

• Everyone will have the opportunity to try on at their initial fitting.
• Tryons in store will not be possible on day of PICKUP due to the number of outfits going out each weekend.
• We highly encourage you to try on at home at soon as possible.
• If you feel you need adjustments, please call and we will be happy to help make it correct.

PLEASE BE KIND AND RETURN OUTFITS ON THE SUNDAY FOLLOWING YOUR PROM. THIS ALLOWS US TIME TO PROCESS FOR NEXT WEEKEND. THERE WILL BE A $10 FEE FOR EACH DAY THAT IT IS LATE.
